If you are an artist and are applying to showcase your work at Gallery 23 electronically, please purchase this listing for the jury fee. 

Do NOT send any additional funds to the PO box. 

If you are choosing to print out the PDF form, please use a check for the jury fee and mail both to the mailing address provided.
