Fiber Arts

Lori Goldsmith creates handwoven triangle wool shawls and vests, with new garment forms continuing to evolve in her studio.

Each piece is crafted from her own Jacob wool and requires 10–14 hours to complete, reflecting a deep commitment to process and material. The wool is hand dyed using natural dyes and, in some cases, hand spun, allowing her to remain closely connected to every stage of creation.

Rooted in tradition yet shaped by her personal vision, her work celebrates the integrity of fiber, the beauty of slow craft, and the enduring relationship between maker and material.
