Karen Kaplan Klein

Karen Klein has been an illustrator since she could hold a pencil.  Her drawings led to the process of creating dioramas.  With images scanned, reduced, and dry mounted, , Karen assembles  her dioramas or tiny worlds.  An offshoot of the dioramas is her clayaramas where tiny worlds are created with clay.

Karen has sold her work in California, New York,  Massachusetts, and New Jersey.    She has been an art educator for over fifty years and spends her time teaching, creating art, and managing a small horse farm.
