Application for Blairstown Gallery 23 Co-op Membership

Gallery 23 is a co-operatively run gallery comprised of over 30 mostly local artists. All gallery members share in the work, costs and decisions involved in running the gallery. The 1200 square foot gallery offers wall, shelf and display space to accommodate art of any media. Members pay monthly rental fees based on amount of space used and pay commissions on art sales. The minimum space to be rented is $25 per month.

Members may choose to work as a sales person to lower the commission paid to the Gallery.

Non-working members  40%

Working members:

 10 hours work/month  20%

 14 hours work/month 15%

 18 hours work/month 10%

Please include a brief bio or resume and photographs of your work.  Each medium must be pictured separately and will be individually juried by a committee of gallery members who are artists and fine crafters.
